Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
In 2016, AEF partnered with Rotary Club of Arlington to bring Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to Arlington and Darrington! Each month, registered children under 5 years old who live in Arlington or Darrington receive a brand new, free book! Parents can register their children at birth and receive a home library of 60 books by the time the child turns 5. The books are high-quality trade books that include tips for reading with babies and kids.
Thank you to our generous donors who made this possible: Rotary Club of Arlington, Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians, Tulalip Tribes, Friends of the Arlington Library, Garneau Nicon Foundation, The Olsen Foundation, BNSF, Marysville Kohl’s, Lucky Seven Foundation, Alaska USA Credit Union and International Paper Foundation, McEachern Foundation, and Norcliffe Foundation.
