The Arlington Education Foundation and Arlington Hardware have teamed up, along with other local merchants to provide an exclusive “Night out with Ciscoe” at Arlington Hardware in downtown Arlington on Thursday, May 14th from 6-9pm.
The Arlington Education Foundation and Arlington Hardware have teamed up, along with other local merchants to provide an exclusive “Night out with Ciscoe” at Arlington Hardware in downtown Arlington on Thursday, May 14th from 6-9pm.
The event is open to all and there will be an exclusive seating upstairs with Ciscoe from 7:15 to 8:30pm for a $25 donation. Tickets are available at Arlington Hardware, Arlington Pharmacy, and Flowers by George. Ciscoe will be available to answer all your garden questions and will talk about his travels and garden experiences. Beverages and finger food, popcorn, and treats will be complimentary.
Lots of free drawings for everyone attending and special drawings for exclusive seating ticket holders-which will include a chain saw, roto tiller, and $400 worth of landscaping services. There is also a free PG or PG13 movie (to be announced) at the Olympic Theatre for kids if parents attending need something for kids to do while they shop for bargains and meet Ciscoe.
There will be a Master Gardner on hand to answer questions, Garden Treasures Nursery will be on hand with baskets and plant sales, Cedar Glen Bees will be selling their local honey and demonstrating bee keeping and hive maintenance.
AEF grant winners will be presenting from 6-9pm.
Elementary choir performance will begin at 6:45pm. There are only 400 seats available for the exclusive seating but anyone can come for the garden party and drawings every ˝ hour! The more you purchase, the more chances you have to win! A portion of all proceeds will go to fund our Pay It Forward projects in the Arlington School District.
