The Arlington Education Foundation provides the following services:
- Hold, manage, and invest funds.
- Provide the donor with a receipt for all gifts made to the fund.
- Process donor advised grant disbursements consistent with the mission of the Foundation and with federal law regulating donor advised funds, and notify donors when disbursements are made.
- Issue a statement which includes fund balance and list of disbursements made since the last statement.
- Assist donors by maintaining fund records, researching funding requests, and connecting donors with potential projects.
- Acknowledge the donor in all disbursements made from the fund, and in the Foundation’s reports, unless anonymity is requested.
- Some donors may request additional grant making services for their fund. Fees, corresponding to the level of service provided, will be agreed upon with the donor.
